It's a wide range, because a bare storage shop and a finished barndominium are very different buildings. Most projects we do run $40,000–$150,000 depending on size, ceiling height, and how finished the interior is. We'll give you a firm number before anything starts.

Yes. Barndominiums, finished shops, offices, apartments over the bay, post-frame handles all of it. Tell us how you want to use it and we'll build it that way from the start, which is far cheaper than converting later.
